The vocabulary of the Energy Savings Certificates scheme and iverif's own terms, in one place.
The CEE scheme has its own vocabulary, used as-is inside iverif. This glossary gathers the terms you will meet in the application and in exchanges with the PNCEE.

Glossary
| Term | Definition |

| CEE | Energy Savings Certificates: French scheme requiring energy suppliers to fund energy-efficiency actions. |
| kWh cumac | Unit measuring energy savings (cumulative and discounted) in which certificates are denominated. |
| Standardized operation fiche | Official document describing an eligible operation, its technical requirements and the associated CEE volume (e.g. BAR-TH-174). |
| Obligator | Energy supplier subject to the energy-savings obligation; it funds programmes and claims certificates. |
| Delegate | Actor mandated by an obligator to carry part or all of its obligation on its behalf. |
| Agent | Person or body acting on behalf of an obligator or delegate to build and submit dossiers. |
| Beneficiary | End customer receiving the works or equipment generating the energy savings. |
| PNCEE | National Energy Savings Certificates office: the authority that registers and checks certificate requests. |
| RGE | Reconnu Garant de l'Environnement: professional qualification required for most household operations. |
| Coup de pouce | Boosted CEE programmes offering increased premiums on certain operations (heating, insulation…). |
| Batch | Grouping of approved dossiers submitted together to the PNCEE. |
| Confidence score | Percentage of automatic rules passed on a dossier, shown in green (≥ 90%), yellow (≥ 70%) or red. |
| Override | Manual validation of a failing rule by a validator, with a mandatory reason logged in history. |
| Energy poverty | Situation of households struggling to heat their homes properly; certain CEE operations are specifically boosted for them. |
