Configuring operation fiches
Processes define which CEE operations your organisation handles: system fiches, custom clones, activation.
Each standardized operation fiche (BAR-TH-104, BAR-TH-174, BAR-EN-102…) maps to a “process” in iverif: the required-documents + validation-rules pair that frames dossier analysis.
The page shows processes as cards. “System” fiches (globe badge) are provided by iverif and shared: they cannot be edited, but you can clone them to create a variant specific to your organisation — different thresholds, extra documents, a “Coup de pouce” mention…
A process is “Active” (offered to installers at upload) or “Draft” (in preparation, invisible at upload). Categories (residential, tertiary, industrial, custom) help filter the list.
